Haven’t had time to do much grocery shopping and have been living off of chili, soups, homemade bread, oatmeal, oatmeal scones, quinoa and eggs. Realizing that we really do need some greens, I went to Chinatown early this morning and snagged some gorgeous vegetables.
- 2 pounds baby bok choy
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 pound sprouts
- 2 (large) Japanese sweet potatoes
- pressed tofu
