Sunday Crazy Cooking

I realized yesterday that we had a glut of garden veggies (so much kale, purple string beans, beets, beet greens, chard, tomatoes, cukes from my mom and carrots from a garden friend) and other things left throughout the week (we had houseguests, so there was some eating out involved).   The answer to a full fridge?  Tons of cooking!  We made peach/yellow tomato chutney, turnip and beet greens frittata, tabbouleh, baba ganoush, kale chips, carrot/ginger soup, roasted beets, marinated green tomatoes and pickled string beans.
