We ended up going over budget last week because of a somewhat impromptu dinner party held on Friday night.  C’est la vie – the food and friends were fabulous and sometimes, that’s all that matters.

    By my account the blog has been around awhile and you haven’t upped your budget at all…maybe you are due for an increase in your allowance?
