Thank you Bittman (and Szechuan Gourmet)

With this morning’s purchase of Chinatown goodies, I was ready to make Bittman’s “Celery and Tofu Salad” (which we tweeted about earlier this week).  Super simple and ultimately satisfying, I highly recommend trying this one out.  We didn’t have peanut oil, so I used grapeseed instead – it was still great, but I think it would be better with peanut.
