Had these last night and they were SO GOOD.
Highly recommended folks. A good way to not waste food. Try the recipe.
You can also peel the stems and cook them with the flowers. Very tender and sweet. Or peel them and use them like celery or carrots with dip.
I like to slice them and use in a stir fry, but some people don’t like that. Honestly, after peeling them, I could eat them raw.
