    Hi,
I subscribe to your posts and I love the idea of what you’re doing. I don’t have to eat on the equivalent of 30 bucks a week, but it’s definitely made me more conscious of my food expenditure. Also, i now redouble my efforts on reducing waste, using leftovers etc. I always like your thrifty but healthy veggie recipes too!!!

    I do however have a question/request/query.

Why do you not publish your meal plan for the week? I’ve been thinking this for a number of weeks now and finally decided to ask. It’s lovely seeing your receipts – and very diligent of you to put them up – but, to me, they mean little in isolation. E.g. I’m looking at yours this week and wondering how you got by for 7 days on it!

You wouldn’t have to give recipes or anything for every single thing – just a one line description or something.

Just a thought – and i do realise that that would take even more time. If you could even do it now and again it would be really great.
    Thanks for all your work.

      Hi Jacqui,

We get asked this a lot and we’ve done it before (see our posts here). Maybe we’ll give it a go next week. It really takes a long time and is just not that interesting for us to do, but we aim to please occasionally. We don’t have “meal plans”. It’s a lot of quick thinking pantry/fridge cooking.
