We actually made this last week and it was real tasty. The Rosemary Crackers are really Smitten Kitchen’s flatbread, but they came out more like crackers than any kind of bread. The Smokey Thai Eggplant salad is from Food & Wine with some modifications – we didn’t use the tomatoes, kaffir lime leaves, the cashews or the avocado or grill the eggplant (just used the broiler). However, it was still yummy and I bet it would taste even better if you did it on the grill. There was some tofu involved (since the oven was already hot) and we served it atop soba noodles.
Look out for an actual original recipe sometime tomorrow! Hint: you can have it for breakfast.
