What We Ate on FridayPosted: January 24, 2009
I haven’t had my coffee yet, so this is brief:
- Breakfast: Toast (via homemade bread) and a hardboiled egg
- Lunch: Caramelized Onion Soup (from Thursday’s supper)
- Snack: Tina ate an apple
- Dinner: Cheese and Yves Veggie Bratwurst Sandwiches on Homemade Bread; White Bean Soup w/Carrots and Parsely Puree (I mixed the white beans left over from the white bean cakes with some water, a chopped carrot, their cooking liquid, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic powder and then pureed it to make a quick soup – topped it with the parsley puree from Thursday’s supper)
- Party: Went to a birthday party and was relatively good, pretty much ate some veggies and Phil had a few tortilla chips.
