Lettuce Wraps

No Cook Lettuce Wraps
We made these last week as a non-cook meal and I forgot how delicious they are.  Get some great lettuce, clean and dry the leaves and stuff with vegetables, tofu, sauce and whatever else you can think of.

Yum! I’ll have to remember that later this weekend. Simple and delicious!

  2. Can I add cooked grind pork or beef in the lettuce wrap? Maybe it could add to the taste and health benefits? Or the vegetables can be organic? Although, the wrap is just like a salad in a unique presentation. Maybe I could add drops of balsamic vinegar or a little mayonnaise too?

You can pretty much do whatever you want. We had tofu, a variety of vegetables, some bean dip we had made a while ago, homemade peanut sauce and other sauces. Go crazy!

  3. We do love wraps! A cool thing about this wrap is that it’s a lettuce wrap! That’s so nice to use lettuce for this!
